CHECK 01Ways a Reward Might Begin
A reward can come from an app event outcome, membership level, sign-in activity, referral, limited campaign, or direct profile notice. The source determines which instructions apply.
Head to the reward from the signed-in IM777 profile. A notice sent to another user does not prove the same reward is available to you.
- Review if an invitation is needed.
- Read profile-level requirements.
- Write down the earning window.
- Identify the reward source.
CHECK 02Activation and Earning Are Separate
Some rewards track automatically, while others require a claim or join control first. Keep a copy of the activation confirmation before completing the named activity.
Follow the progress page rather than estimating from memory. If an app event outcome is involved, wait until the table is marked confirmed.
- Use the eligible feature.
- Track the official counter.
- Allow time for confirmed app event settlement.
- Activate before the activity.
CHECK 03Crediting and Profile Activity Log
After the earning condition is met, IM777 might show pending, approved, credited, or expired. Each label represents a separate point in the process.
Match the reward page with profile activity log and note the crediting timeframe. A pending state during that timeframe is not yet evidence of a missing reward.
- Look over the published crediting time.
- Match the activity log reference.
- Keep a copy of the credited page.
- Go through the precise state.
CHECK 04Using the Reward
Read where the reward applies, which balance is used first, and if a minimum or maximum is involved. A reward might be valid only for named games or items.
Verify the confirmed amount before use and retain the outcome. If the reward disappears, look over the expiry timestamp and activity record before reporting it.
- Review balance priority.
- Verify the expiry timestamp.
- Retain the confirmed usage record.
- Review eligible categories.
CHECK 05Membership and App Event Rewards
A membership reward might depend on the level shown when the activity closes, not the level visible when it first appears. Review if renewal, verification, or a minimum timeframe is part of the instruction.
App Event rewards often allow time for the confirmed table. Point Total corrections, profile reviews, or tie-breaks can change the outcome before the reward is approved.
If a membership level changes during the campaign, save both the earlier offer page and the confirmed profile level. The terms should explain which moment controls eligibility.
- Review when eligibility is measured.
- Allow time for the confirmed app event table.
- Keep level and outcome screens together.
- Write down the needed membership level.
CHECK 06Keep a Simple Reward Record
For each active reward, note the name, source, activation time, progress location, crediting timeframe, usage restriction, and expiry. One concise phone note is enough.
Close the record when the profile activity log and reward page agree. If they do not, the same note gives IM777 help a clean timeline without a long explanation.
Delete old screenshots that contain personal information after the reward or help case is settled. Keep only the reference and non-sensitive confirmation you might need later.
- Record progress and expiry.
- Keep a copy of the confirmed activity log line.
- Remove sensitive copies afterward.
- Use the precise reward name.
