CHECK 01Separate Earning From Using
A reward can move through several stages: offered, activated, earned, credited, and used. Reaching one stage does not always mean the next happens immediately.
Look for separate instructions on how the reward is earned and where it can be used. A qualifying app event and an eligible in-app item might not be the same thing.
- Write down the qualifying activity.
- Review where the value can be used.
- Keep a copy of the credited-profile page.
- Identify every reward stage.
CHECK 02Read Eligibility Before Activation
Profile age, membership level, verification state, location, or a direct invitation might determine if the reward is available. Requirements can also limit one reward to one profile or mobile device.
Verify eligibility while the reward is visible. Completing an activity first and reading the instructions later leaves little room to correct a missed requirement.
- Notice new-profile requirements.
- Look for one-profile limits.
- Verify the active dates.
- Review profile and region instructions.
CHECK 03Understand Usage Restrictions
Some IM777 rewards apply only to named games, events, items, or profile actions. Others might require the reward balance to be used before another balance.
Review any minimum, maximum, or excluded category. If the app shows two balances, verify which one will be used before approving an item.
- Review balance priority.
- Write down minimum or maximum values.
- Review excluded features.
- Read eligible categories.
CHECK 04Expiry and Missing Credit
An expiry can apply to the claim button, the credited reward, or both. Put the precise date in a reminder rather than relying on a general label such as “this week.”
For missing credit, compare eligibility, activation, progress, settlement time, and profile activity log. Reach the help team only after the published processing timeframe has passed.
- Allow confirmed results to settle.
- Retain the reward reference.
- Report a mismatch with evidence.
- Record the full expiry time.
